Job Description: Teaching all machine tool technology lab classes, assign projects, and supervise all hands on activities.
Projected Hours: This position will work a 5 hour period each day, Monday through Friday, in either morning or afternoons. The actual time will based on the availability of the candidate selected for hire.
Minimum Educational Requirements: Machine Tool Technology Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred Education: Associate Degree
Skills Required: Must have knowledge in operation and setup of conventional machining equipment such as mills, lathes and surface grinders; Proficient in the use of precision measuring tools such as micrometers, height gauges, and calipers; Have a working knowledge of basic metallurgy; Be proficient in basic, intermediate and GD&T blueprint reading; and the operation of CNC milling, lathes, and wire EDM machines to include programming, setup, and successful production of part.
Experience Required: Applicants must have at least 3-5 yrs in field experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Teaching experience preferred.

Salary Information: Actual salary is based on the candidate’s highest qualifying degree and number of contact teaching hours. Range per hour is $15 to $20.
